Rocket League Formula 1 Fan Pack

Formula 1 cars race into Rocket League with a Fan Pack

Climb into the cockpit.

F1 fans can now show their support for their favorite teams in Rocket League with the Formula 1 Fan Pack. All 10 2021 racing teams are represented in the pack with detailed models of the racecars. Along with the release of the pack, there’s also a free item for players to grab from the Item Shop.

The F1 Fan Pack includes the Formula 1 car body and 10 decals representing each team. For those who don’t follow F1, that means there’s an Alfa Romeo 2021 Decal, AlphaTauri 2021 Decal, Alpine 2021 Decal, Aston Martin 2021 Decal, Ferrari 2021 Decal, Haas 2021 Decal, McLaren 2021 Decal, Mercedes-AMG Petronas 2021 Decal, Red Bull 2021 Decal, and Williams 2021 Decal. The collection is completed with a set of Pirelli Wheels.

You can purchase the Formula 1 Fan Pack from the Rocket League in-game store for 2,000 Credits. As for the free item, it’s a Formula 1 Player Banner and you can get it from the Free Item tab in the game’s store. Both the pack and banner will be available until May 26. However, they will return with major F1 events throughout the year.

Formula 1 car details

If you’re wondering how the Formula 1 car will fly through the air, it uses the Dominus hitbox. The decals and wheels included in the bundle can only be equipped on the Formula 1 car body. Plus, the Formula 1 car cannot be customized with all item types.

That last bit is a little vague, but I’m assuming it means you can’t put an antenna or topper on the car. The announcement on the Rocket League website doesn’t say if you can put alternate decals or wheels on the F1 car. But, I would imagine not.

The Formula 1 Rocket League pack is the latest in a growing number of crossovers the soccar game has rolled out. Early this month, The NASCAR Fan Pack cruised into the arenas. Before that, the Lamborghini Huracán STO powered onto the pitch.
