News has come that Rayman Legends is to be released on XboxOne and PlayStation 3. Speaking in a conference call, Ubisoft CEO, Yves Guillemont announced that the whimsical platformer, Rayman Legends will be getting a next-gen port early in 2014.
Speaking in that conference call Yves said. “The PS4 and Xbox One will be released in a few days’ time and will be a new driving force for the industry,” Before adding. “We are confident in our capacity to rise to the short-term challenges posed by the transition phase, thanks to the very high quality of our games, which, combined with the upcoming arrival of the next-generation consoles and the traditional ramp-up of sales during the Christmas season will trigger positive momentum towards the end of the year.”
We were hoping for another brilliant Rayman creation. But, obviously, we still love the news that our limbless hero is returning on next gen consoles; Rayman Legends was one of our favorite games this year, and if you haven’t played the brilliantly designed platformer then you’re really missing out.
Rayman Legends is set for a February, 2014 release on next-gen consoles.
