Once again, QuakeCon will be returning to the Hilton Anatole hotel in Dallas, Texas. Between 1 August and 4 August this year, the location will be taken over by all things Quake and (since id’s purchase by ZeniMax,) many things Bethesda too.

The hotel is taking booking reservations right now, so head over there to secure a room if you want to get in early. QuakeCon itself is free to attend, but staying in the hotel obviously costs money.

For the 18th year running, the event will be hosting “North America’s largest BYOC (Bring-Your-Own-Computer) LAN party,” so stick your PC in the car (or your luggage) if you’re hoping to take part in that.

As ever, Bethesda will probably use this event to reveal games and show off already announced titles.
