Coming from a GDC panel, Moore says that he thinks the industry in general is too reliant on stores to sell our products for us. He states he believes he has ideas for nine more games, and intends to get them out quickly online, likely to be also under Sony.

As for Puppeteer’s sales, although it’s clear that it did not perform that well, Moore says it was ‘not a disaster in any way.’ Sony did not release figures on the game’s sales. VGChartz estimates that the game may have sold 170,000 worldwide.
