There’s a feature in Wuthering Waves that the majority of players don’t know about, yet it’s great for a couple of reasons. This is a PSA to play all your characters’ combat tutorials in Wuthering Waves for rewards.
Wuthering Waves allows you to play combat tutorials for rewards
Only discovered by a few players online, this is a feature that is both useful and worth the rewards. This is a PSA for all Wuthering Waves players to play all your characters’ combat tutorials, both for rewards and to learn.
I’m not talking about those events that grant you four characters to test out for some rewards, although that’s a good thing to do. Head to your Resonators menu and select any of your Resonators. On the bottom right of the screen, you should see the four-squares icon, and to the left of that is a button that looks like a book with a person on the cover.
Select that button, and it’ll ask if you’d like to enter their combat tutorial. Once inside the tutorial, you’re given a step-by-step and in-depth guide on that character’s move set and combos. This is extremely helpful for players who don’t know how to play a new character they got from a Convene since it shows you their unique combos and it explains each move.
After you complete this combat tutorial you can a few rewards which are mostly upgrade materials. You can kill two birds with one stone by playing each of your Resonators’ combat tutorials. They taught me moves that I didn’t even know my Resonators could do, all while getting some rewards for my time.
There’s no reason not to do this, so I’d advise you to do each character’s tutorial. Anytime you get a new character do their combat tutorial immediately so you don’t forget and you can learn their moves right away. Another cool thing that players have discovered while playing Wuthering Waves is the ability to perform a super jump.
