Producer Announces Mirror's Edge Catalyst Delayed

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst was shaping up to delve into the origin story of Faith, the former protagonist of Mirror’s Edge. The game was previously slated for a release date of February 23, 2016. The game’s Senior Producer, Sara Jansson, has released an update concerning its launch window. The update comes from a post on the Mirror’s Edge Catalyst official site. It now lists the new release date as May 24, 2016.
She states in the post:

So we’ve made the decision to bring Mirror’s Edge to the world starting May 24, 2016. We will use these few extra months to make sure that when you step into the massive City of Glass and experience the rise of Faith, it’s as entertaining, impressive, and memorable as it can be.
