Konami’s footy series continues with Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 which will be released this autumn on the PC, PS2, PS3, PSP, DS and 360.Click for all new shotsNew features being added this time round include an adaptive AI system entitled Teamvision which enables the AI to adapt its play style according to a gamers play-style. The AI will learn and build attacks or change defensive actions based on previous attack or defensive errors.The ball control and special moves available to the player have also been souped-up and you can expect new moves to evade your opponents on the field of play. Set pieces have also been enhances giving the player more control over the number of players and the position of the defensive wall. Overall gamers can expect a more realistic game of football and improved graphics as the series also heads to the PS3 for the first time.“We have taken a long hard look at what has made the Pro Evolution Soccer series so popular, and where we want to take it next,” commented Shingo ‘Seabass’ Takatsuka, creator of the series and Producer of PES 2008. “With the new Teamvision AI system, we truly believe that we have elevated the game to a new level.
