Alfornada Cavern

Located underneath the mountainous town of Alfornada, Alfornada Cavern consists of a series of caves that can be explored early on. Inside these caves is a variety of high-level Pokémon including a level 50 Dark-type Tera Umbreon. You can also encounter other interesting Pokémon like Gabite, Shelgon, and Toxtricity here.

Area Zero

Unsurprisingly, Scarlet and Violet‘s main endgame area contains a lot of high-level Pokémon. Contained in the depths of The Great Crater of Paldea, Area Zero is home to a wide range of Pokémon up to level 66. The standout feature of Area Zero is that it is the only location where the new Paradox Pokémon can spawn. High-level Ancient Paradox Pokémon can be encountered at this location in Scarlet and Future Paradox Pokémon can be encountered here in Violet.

Casseroya Lake

Casseroya Lake is a large body of water found in northwest Paldea where you fight the False Dragon Titan. It also happens to be home to a lot of high-level Pokémon. Some notable Pokémon that can be caught here include Altaria, Dondozo, Gyrados, and Tatsugiri. You can also find a Level 55 Fairy Tera-type Azumarill which is a great entry Pokémon for Tera Raids.

Dalizapa Passage is the location of the highest-level wild Pokémon found in Scarlet and Violet. Inside the passage, you can fight a Level 75 Ice Tera-type Lucario with Ice Punch and Meteor Mash. Catching this Lucario early on is a common strategy for speedrunners looking to complete Scarlet and Violet as fast as possible. Other notable Pokémon found in Dalizapa Passage are Axew, Bagon, Espathra, Hariyama, Lycanroc, Naclstack, and Scovillain.

North Province (Area Three)

Located at the northern tip of Paldea, North Province (Area Three) is a good location to find high-level Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet. Around the Fairy Crew base, you can encounter Chansey, Eiscue, Gastrodon, Hawlucha, and Sylveon amongst others. The Chansey spawns are particularly useful as they can be farmed for fast early- and mid-game experience.
