Recently the PS Vita 2.0 update introduced a very capable email app among other things. More importantly, the update provides the framework for Playstation Plus on the PS Vita. Cloud storage, automated trophy syncing and your Instant Game Collection are now all at home…or on the go within the PS Vita. Up until now, Plus subscribers were only treated to a few discounts on the Vita but now Playstation Plus is a full-fledged feature on the handheld.
At no additional cost to current subscribers, enjoy Vita blockbusters such as Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush, Wipeout 2048, Jet Set Radio, Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack, and Final Fantasy Tactics (PSP). While these are all great titles and definitely an incentive for newcomers, it’s safe to say that if you’ve had your Vita for a while then you’ve already experienced these titles. Regardless, this is a great start and a sign of things to come. Every Vita title is digital so anything could appear free in the coming months and years.
In addition to all of the free content on PS3, your main concern should be whether you have enough space on your hard-drives and memory cards.
