Persona 5 Royal Confidant Guide: Temperance – Sadayo Kawakami

Sadayo Kawakami is the holder of the Temperance Arcana and a Confidant in Persona 5 Royal. She is a hard-working teacher who relies on a surprising side job to get by. Kawakami is first introduced on 04/10 as your homeroom teacher. You can begin her Confidant after the Operation Maidwatch event shortly after clearing Madarame’s Palace. She is only available on Friday and Saturday evenings and can be summoned using the payphone in LeBlanc for ¥5,000.

As with most confidants, there isn’t a limit on when you can rank Kawakami up. As long as you reach Rank 10 before reaching an ending you can complete the Temperance Confidant. Also, at Rank 9 you have the option to romance Kawakami which changes the dialogue options for the following rank.

Kawakami is one of the best social links to rank up early as she gives you extra time to level up your Social Stats and rank up other confidants.

• Rank 1 – Slack Off: Allows you to perform various activities in Kawakami’s class.
• Rank 3 – Housekeeping: Allows you to request Kawakami to make coffee or do laundry for you.
• Rank 5 – Free Time: Gain free time in other teachers’ classes with Kawakami’s help.
• Rank 6 – Super Housekeeping: Allows you to request Kawakami to make curry or infiltration tools for you.
• Rank 10 – Special Massage: Request a massage after going into the Metaverse, letting you go out at night.
