PC Invasion Podcast #87

This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

Back in the mists of time (about twelve months ago), the PC Invasion Podcast team made predictions for the year ahead. In Episode 87, Tim and I revisit those 2017 predictions to see whether we are the gaming equivalent of Nostradamus, or the gaming equivalent of … well, Nostradamus.

The revisited predictions are woven in and out of reflections on last night’s Game Awards. We talk about the rampant advertising, whether The Game Awards are really the celebration of the medium they claim to be, the numerous title reveals (see all of those here), and one incredible cameo by Josef Fares. Plus, some discussion about the nominees and award winners themselves.

Oh, and Tim has a new microphone so he should sound a bit clearer than before.

You can hear all of that by downloading or streaming Episode 87 of the PC Invasion Podcast, below. Older podcast episodes haunt our archives like lonely ghosts.
