The weekly helping of PC Invasion Podcast blathering is right here. Slightly later this week, due to scheduling issues – and it’s just myself and Tim for Episode 30. You can get the latest podcast from the link below (or stream it), and find older episodes over in this direction.

This week, inevitably, there’s some Bowie chat. He was in Omikron: The Nomad Soul, you know. And somehow found time to be a tremendously influential performer in other mediums, too.
We also look back on last week’s price predictions for the FIVE HUNDRED AND NINETY NINE US DOLLAR Oculus Rift headset (Tim might end up being the closest, there), and try to figure out what this means for VR. Maybe nothing. Maybe everything! That’s the beauty of barely-informed speculation.
EA has ported its ‘Access’ subscription across to Origin, and it’s time for me to complain a bit about AMD’s Crimson drivers. I love you, AMD, but Crimson has some … quirks.
We then talk quite a bit about Dragon’s Dogma, although possibly aren’t supposed to until Thursday. So keep that between yourselves for now, eh? I mean, hypothetically we might be discussing the 360 or PS3 versions.
There’s even time to fit in a bit of praise for Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate. Though not the Jack the Ripper DLC, which Tim has played and didn’t think was much cop, ‘guv.
