Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Nameless Ruins Enigma puzzle guide
Before you can even enter the Enigma section of the Nameless Ruins in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, you’ll need to acquire four masks from various locations throughout the course of the campaign. As such, the Enigma proper can only be visited during Act 5.
Once you enter the portal, you’ll battle a golem construct. Defeat it and pick up the Blue Binding Source (i.e., crystal). This type of item is placed inside Dried-Up Magic Springs (i.e., altars/generators) to power them up. Use it now so you can open the main doorway.

Likewise, there’s a stacking debuff called Enigma Rejection, which occurs if (a) you answered some riddles incorrectly or (b) you picked up cursed loot/objects. Given all the items you can amass in this dungeon, you’re better off collecting everything once you’ve cleared every room and encounter. Plus, it also avoids encumbrance issues as you’re exploring. In any case, I’ve divided our Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Nameless Ruins Enigma puzzle guide into a couple of sections:
Note: Inside the Enigma zone, you might notice etched symbols on walls. These are related to the Secrets of Creation: Heart of Mystery puzzle.
