What are Keystone Rifts

You’ll be able to see Keystone Rift locations in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous – Inevitable Excess near the end of A Threat to This World. The DLC’s main quest takes you to the Other Side of Threshold, whereupon you’ll meet Ssila’meshnik. After deciding what to do with the keystone, it will break apart, and more will show up in other places.

From this point onward, you can interact with these via two actions: Reinforce Reality or Tear Reality. These affect your Order and Chaos points, respectively. If you simply want a straightforward run, then you can do as you please. However, if you want to obtain the Paradox secret ending, you’ll need to make sure that you have an equal number of Order and Chaos points.

Since there are nine errands/sidequests and seven Keystone Rifts in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous – Inevitable Excess, make a mental note of your decisions. You’ll want to have eight points in each by the time you reach the finale.

Other Side of Threshold

After talking to Ssila’meshnik, make your way to the eastern part of the dungeon. You’ll see this spot in the area just before the Cylinder Puzzle with Roman numerals.

Threshold Hub

Your camp in Threshold has three of these:

  • The first one is close to your camp.
  • The second is just past the Other Side portal.
  • For the third and final rift, follow the ruined bridge until you reach the place with the three Mephistopheles copies. You should see it near the exit.

Iz

Return to Iz after completing A Threat to This World and you’ll notice numerous cracks on the ground. This is also where you’ll find three more Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous – Inevitable Excess Keystone Rift locations:

  • West – Straight ahead from the entrance overlooking the Wintersun village.
  • South – Loop around from the entrance. There’s a jug here that has the Donkey’s Moss reagent required for His Majesty’s Anguish.
  • Northeast – Go to the northeastern corner of the area close to the Ziggurat entrance.
