Watch the excellent new Overwatch Bastion animated short

Blizzard is back with their series of animated shorts for their Overwatch heroes.

This new video focuses on everyone’s favourite nature-loving turret robot Bastion who’s awoken by his birdy friend. Something in the forest awakens Bastion’s aggressive side and the results are quite moving.

The Overwatch story is starting to unfold a little more with each animated short. Not that you really need a story to play the game but at least they give the characters some context.

It’s another excellent piece of work from Blizzard’s animation team. Sit back and enjoy for seven minutes.
