Mods are essential if you’re looking to turn your favorite armor into something really formidable. Armor and weapon mods can be picked up in the various Silos and Monoliths around Once Human, so if you’re looking for one in particular, you’ll need to know where to farm.

How to equip mods in Once Human

Equipping mods in Once Human is as simple as opening your inventory and choosing the mod you want to equip. The mod tab is on the top bar of the inventory menu. Simply select the mod you want to equip and press F to attach it to the relevant piece of gear.

Better gear can hold more mods, so try to find or craft the highest-level gear you can. Keep an eye on your mods, and make sure you always equip the better ones. They won’t automatically upgrade when you pick up a rarer version.

All Armor Mod locations in Once Human

Mods are split into two categories. There are armor mods that are found in Silos around the maps and weapon mods that are found in Monoliths. If you want to get the top level, gold mods in Once Human it is necessary to run these dungeons on their hardest level.

Each mod has a chance to drop with each run-through. Use CTRL-F to search for the mod you’re looking for. Pay attention not only to which Silo or Monolith it can be found in but also the level you’re collecting. Prepare for farming.
