Cyanide, long-time developers of cycling titles, are at it again with Pro Cycling Manager 2012 on the PC and Tour de France 2012 for Xbox 360 and PS3. In the former, you’ll take control of one of 80 professional cycling teams and try to lead them to glory the races across the globe (including, of course, Le Tour). The latter game will cast you as a rider in the Tour de France, mixing “simulation and action” across 21 tough stages.
It seems as if both games will use the same graphics engine, as the same screenshots were supplied for both titles. However, they’ll obviously be quite different titles with Pro Cycling aiming to recreate the management side of things, and Tour de France allowing you to ride that famous race.
Both games are scheduled for release this June, so prepare to iron that yellow jersey.
