The Escape level in Oddworld: Soulstorm gives Abe some newfound powers.

Once Mudokons have escaped via a portal, Abe can use the Power of Shrykull. You can select it from your inventory and, once it’s cast, it can annihilate all enemies on your screen. This ability will help you immensely since there are so many minigame challenges here.

  • Mudokons: 414 (14 can be rescued normally and the rest are from the minigame).
  • Required for 80%: 332

You’ll actually spot them as you’re doing the minigame challenges. As you reach new floors/holding pens, you can equip these Mudokons with projectiles and bombs to help clear the Slig mobs.

Don’t forget that Abe can possess enemies if the Glukkon sensors don’t have a line of sight. This is useful if you need to activate a switch to reach the next holding pen.

Anyway, let’s discuss the last two core levels: Feeco Depot and The Yards.
