Perfect World has announced that a stress test for the US version of the monster hunting MMO RaiderZ will take place from today at 4:00 p.m. (PDT). All players with a Perfect World account are invited to take part until Monday 15 October at at 5:00 p.m. (PDT).
“Massive titles like RaiderZ , benefit greatly when developers have the opportunity to push game servers to their limits before launch,” explains Senior Producer Mark Hill. “So, we’d like to invite everyone to see what RaiderZ is about this weekend and have fun hunting epic beasts with friends while we analyze our infrastructure and work toward a smooth launch. As a small token of appreciation, we’ve also got big plans for players this weekend, including special awards and in-game events.”
Players who purchase the Founder’s Pack will also receive one-day of early access before the Open Beta launch begins to reserve their player name and get a head start. Available for purchase now at a 50% discounted rate until 23 October, the elite version of the RaiderZ Founder’s Pack also secures access to the upcoming closed beta test for Cryptic Studios’ Dungeons & Dragons MMORPG, Neverwinter, and provides the exclusive Black Arrod mount for RaiderZ players.
