New Rage Screenshots Show Spectacular Vistas

A set of new Rage screenshots have come out of a SIGGRAPH 2009 talk.Given by J.M.P. van Waveren, a senior programmer at id Software, the talk was titled “From Texture Virtualization to Massive Parallelization,” and it contained a host of new screens.You can check out the pdf notes if you’re the type of person interested in what looks to me like hard graphics theory, or you can just look at the pretty, pretty screenshots below.Huge thanks to Shacknews for this.
