Need for Speed: Most Wanted can put your face on a billboard [Video]

By far the most intriguing part from this first in a series of gameplay feature trailers for Criterion’s Need for Speed: Most Wanted is the revelation that if you make the longest jump through an in-game billboard, your face will go up on it for all to see. Quite where the game gets this image from isn’t entirely clear (allowing people to upload their own images would surely be asking for trouble), but it’s presumably tied to your autolog account somehow.

The rest of the trailer goes into other aspects of the single player side of the game, like being able to hop in to any of the in-game cars you choose from the very beginning (nothing needs to be ‘unlocked’ here; except the car door) and upgrading your vehicle to make it even more effective at outrunning cops.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted is due on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on 2 November.
