Mike O’Brien Outlines Guild Wars 2 Gamescom Demo

A new ArenaNet blog post from company co-founder Mike O’Brien has confirmed that Guild Wars 2 will demo at Gamescom in Cologne (18-22 August.)
O’Brien is confident that all the promises of subverting the traditional MMO formula will be justified when players get their hands on the game. In his words, “we’ve talked the talk, and now we’re going to walk the walk.”
After Gamescom, Guild Wars 2 will also be demoed at PAX (3-5 September.) If you’re not able to make either of those events, worry not. ArenaNet has today released a video showcasing much of the gameplay the company has been teasing over the previous few months.
