There have bee reports that the first actor to be cast in Ridley Scott’s Halo “digital feature” is Mike Colter. Colter is known for his roles in TV shows such as The Good Wife and The Following.
The Wrap claims to have heard from many sources connected with the project that Colter has been cast as a character called Marlowe, a rising star in the army who has concerns about those in command. Representatives for Colter have neither confirmed nor denied these rumours.
It is heavily rumoured that the creator of Prison Break, Paul Scheuring will be writing the series whilst the director of shows like Battlestar Galactica and Heroes, Sergio Mimica-Gezzan will direct.
It is important to remember that this show will not be about Master Chief and is totally separate from Steven Spielberg’s Halo television show that is in the works.
