A Microsoft spokesperson has confirmed to IGN that service for Games for Windows Live will continue “as normal” beyond tomorrow. The list of games includes the PC versions of Dark Souls,Red Faction: Guerrilla, Resident Evil 5, and Bulletstorm, and others. The only game that will cease to function tomorrow, is  free-to-play game Age of Empires Online.

Recently games have not been receiving support, and games like Bethesda’s Fallout 3, 2K’s BioShock 2, and Warner Bros.’ Batman: Arkham Asylum have received patches to remove GFWL support in favor of Steam or other services. Microsoft however did not comment on how long the service will continue in the future. Source IGN
