As well as the voice acting news, Wargaming and WG Labs have stated today that a purchase of the €46.00 ‘Collector’s Edition’ of Master of Orion (from Steam or GOG etc) will also provide Early Access to the game.

The Collector’s version is available from 26 February, the same day listed on Steam for the start of the Early Access period. It’s not fully clear whether you’ll just be able to “buy-in” to Early Access the usual way too, but that seems likely.
