Mass Effect 3’s ‘Resurgence’ DLC will be free

This article is over 12 years old and may contain outdated information

Not to be confused with the forthcoming ‘extended cut’ that will aim to add more closure to Mass Effect 3, the ‘Resurgence’ DLC pack will be along next week at a cost of absolutely nothing. It’ll feature two new maps for the co-op multiplayer, and a few more playable characters.
Those maps are ‘Firebase Condor’, located on one of Palaven’s moons, and ‘Firebase Hydra’, which is an abandoned Quarian colony.
With ‘Resurgence’ you’ll be able to play as both the Asari Justicar Adept and the Krogan Battlemaster Vanguard. Geth and Batarians will now be playable, too.
The DLC will be available through Xbox Live, PlayStation Network and Origin from 10 April (in the US, at least).
