Marvel’s Midnight Suns Research and Artifacts guide – The best techs to get during the campaign

To be clear, the Research mechanic in Marvel’s Midnight Suns is tied to the Artifacts that you acquire during missions (i.e., check a mission if it rewards an Artifact). If you have one, go to the Forge and have Doctor Strange analyze it. This action will provide you with some Essences, a Blueprint, and a Research Level increase. From there, you’ll want to take note of the different requirements to unlock techs, such as:

  • Complete X number of missions or upgrade X number of abilities of a certain hero.
  • Some techs are tied to campaign progression (i.e., Symbiote Vial, Faithbreaker Suit, and Demonchylde Suit).
  • If the tech unlocks an upgrade that can be constructed in the Forge, Yard, or War Room, you’ll need to spend a certain amount of credits to ensure that they’re built.
  • As for the best techs to research in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, we’ve got some of them noted below.
