Paradox Interactive has announced that the third patch for its fantasy kingdom sim, Majesty 2, will introduce randomisation in maps, and that a brand new map editor is also on the way.

A much-missed feature of the original game, randomisation will allow Majesty 2 players to, strangely enough, randomise features of the campaign maps such as the contents of chests, non-quest monster dens and the pre-set zones for trading posts and temples. The patch will also include more fixes and updates.
The map editor which is also in the works will allow Majesty players to create their own missions from scratch, providing players with hours of replayability.
