Capcom has announced a Lost Planet 2 multiplayer demo is set to arrive on PSN and Xbox LIVE next week.
The demo showcases the game’s 16 player Versus mode on the Turbulent Jungle map (below), featuring full chat support and a post-round stats breakdown for those of you who like to know how many bullets you’ve fired.
While the demo officially releases on 21 April, you can take part from 31 March via an early access code which you can sign up for here. Codes are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis so sign up now to avoid disappointment.
Those who play the demo will also be rewarded with a DLC weapon when they purchase the game, in the form of the Machine Gun SP which fires three round bursts. The press release also reveals that the game will now launch on 11 May, a week earlier than previously advertised.
