GOA and Riot Games have announced an early start to their competitive seasons by inviting all European gamers to get started with League of Legends on the 23rd October before the game launches its “Pre-Season” on 30th October here in Europe.Gamers wanting to take part can now join the Beta for free and they’ll be able to keep hold of their account once the game fully launches. This special pre-season period will give players the chance to master the game before the proper competitive season starts at the beginning of 2010. Riot Games will also be adding new features and content over this pre-season period including clans, teams, tournaments, ladders, draft mode, as well as new content such as new champions and maps.The DOTA inspired strategy title will be released on the 30th of this month.
