Rare and shiny items!

While there are over 300 Unique items in Last Epoch, what are the most valuable? This mostly pertains to how incredible the affixes are on these Uniques, as well as the rarity of the drop.

These Unique items are tough to find, but once you do, they’ll reward you nicely with their amazing stats. Let’s go over the most valuable Unique items you can find in Last Epoch.

Best Unique items in Last Epoch

Exsanguinous

The Exsanguinous Unique in Last Epoch is a set of Unique Body Armor that can boost your Armor and Spell Damage while keeping you alive in battle. It has Legendary Potential, and you can farm it in the Blood, Frost, and Death timeline in the Monolith of Fate.

  • Base stats:
    • +32 Armor
    • +2-7 Spell Damage
  • Modifiers:
    • 20% of current Health lost per second
    • 20% of missing Health gained as Ward per second
    • +15-30% Attack, Cast, and Movement Speed if you’ve used a Potion in the past four seconds
    • Immunity to Bleed at low Health

Omnis

Omnis is one of the rarest Unique items in Last Epoch, and for a good reason. You can get this Unique Amulet from a Shade or Orobyss, but you must have a minimum Corruption level of 200. It has an incredible list of stats that you can receive depending on the roll. If it’s a good roll, you’ll gain high Resistance to practically all damage types.

  • Base stats:
    • +5-35% Critical Strike Chance
  • Modifiers:
    • +1 to all Skills
    • 1-45% Physical Resistance
    • 1-45% Fire Resistance
    • 1-45% Cold Resistance
    • 1-45% Lightning Resistance
    • 1-45% Void Resistance
    • 1-45% Necrotic Resistance
    • 1-45% Poison Resistance

Ravenous Void

These Unique Gloves will upgrade your Armor and Health immensely while giving you a few unique modifiers that can aid any build. Unfortunately, you’ll get a negative Ailment from Ravenous Void, but the other affixes balance this Unique out to make it quite valuable. You’ll find this Unique in the Ending the Storm timeline, or it’s a drop from The Husk of Elder Gaspar in the Empowered version of The Last Ruin timeline.

  • Base stats:
    • +80 Armor
    • +5-10 Vitality
    • +5-10% Health
  • Modifiers:
    • Gain a stack of Void Barrier every five seconds while above your Endurance Threshold.
    • Dropping below your Endurance Threshold doubles all stacks of Void Barrier for three second, allowing you to exceed the normal maximum. After that all stacks of Void Barrier are converted to Mimic Feast.
    • Each stack of Mimic Feast deals Void Damage over time to you and disables Void Barrier generation and Health Leech.
    • 15-10% less Void Damage taken
    • 15-10% of Physical Damage taken as Void
    • +60-100 Endurance Threshold

Last Steps of the Living

Last Steps of the Living is similar to Exsanguinous in the fact that they’re required for any low-life build. You’ll easily be able to pick up these Unique Boots from Frost Lich Formosus in the Blood, Frost, and Death timeline. For a common drop, you gain an incredible arsenal of affixes.

  • Base stats:
    • +8 Armor
    • +15-18% Movement Speed
    • +120-230 Ward Decay Threshold
  • Modifiers:
    • 11-15% of current Health lost per second
    • 11-15% of missing Health gained as Ward per second
    • +300-400% Freeze Rate Multiplier while at low Health
    • You are Chilled every three seconds
    • +30-36% Movement Speed

Aurora’s Time Glass

Aurora’s Time Glass is a Unique Ruby Amulet that allows you to gain back full health before nearly dying. There are a few rules to apply this effect, but it’s a great Unique to help mitigate getting one-shot by an enemy. This is a pretty rare drop you can find in The Age of Winter timeline.

  • Base stats:
    • +5-25 Health
  • Modifiers:
    • +11-15% Endurance
    • +6-18% Attack and Cast Speed
    • +20-60% Ward Retention
    • If damage leaves you below 30% Health and doesn’t kill you, you’re restored to full Health, you gain Ward equal to the Health restored, all nearby enemies are Slowed, and you gain Haste for 3-6 seconds (20-second cooldown).

Herald of the Scurry

Although these Uniques are mostly available for all classes, this one is specific to the Acolyte class. It’s incredibly sought-after due to the amazing affixes that come along with it. You can find this Unique Helmet in The Black Sun timeline, and it’s not too rare of a drop either. If you’re looking to become the leader of a Squirrel army, this is the perfect Unique for you.

  • Base stats:
    • +124 Armor
    • +6-12% Health
    • 2-3% of damage Leeched as Health on hit
  • Modifiers:
    • +10-30% Health
    • +5-75% Minion Dodge Rating
    • +1-3 Summon Wolf Level
    • Converts your Wolves into Squirrels.
    • You can summon Squirrels up to twice your Companion limit.
    • +5-75% chance to Bleed on hit for Squirrels
    • +5-75% chance to Shred Physical Resistance on hit for Squirrels
    • Howl is replaced by Sciurine Rage, which grants Squirrels 40% increased Movement Speed and Melee Attack Speed for four seconds.
