Order units in King’s Bounty II

Recommended Videos

Let’s talk about the units that belong to the Order alignment in King’s Bounty II.

Most of the options here are members of the royal guard, whereas others have somewhat of a holy/sacred theme. As mentioned earlier, I relied on these units for the vast majority of my King’s Bounty II playthrough. Early in the game, I had Spearmen, Dogs of War, Archers, Healers, and Swordsmen. Later, I recruited Crossbowmen, Knights, Disciples, and Royal Mages. I did keep Swordsmen with me during the mid-game since their ability was helpful. However, much later in the campaign, I eventually went with a Red Dragon since I had the means to boost morale even with units of different alignments.

Tiers Unit and Cap Abilities
I Spearmen (10) Precise Strike – Deals critical damage.
Dogs of War (8) Bloody Bite – Deals damage and inflicts bleeding.
Archers (10) Flaming Arrows – Deals damage and inflicts burning.
Healers (10) Healing – Restores unit HP.
Lesser Dispel – Removes a random debuff from a friendly unit.
II Swordsmen (10) Power Strike – Deals extra damage.
Forced March – +2 movement range; removes slowed debuff; +25 armor.
Spirits of Light (5) Lesser Dispel – Removes a random debuff from a friendly unit.
Crossbowmen (10) Piercing Shot – Deals damage and ignores armor.
III Disciples (6) Healing – Restores unit HP.
Stone Skin – +25 armor to a target unit.
Ray of Light – Deals holy damage and inflicts the incineration debuff.
Knights (8) Taunt – The unit becomes the priority target for all enemies. The enemy cannot target your other units while this is active and the tanking unit is alive.
IV Cavalrymen (4) N/A
Royal Mages (3) Lesser Dispel – Removes a random debuff from a friendly unit.
Spellbind – Casts Magic Shackles to prevent an enemy unit from using active abilities.
Heavenly Storm – Deals damage to a target unit and all others in surrounding hexes; applies the shock debuff.
V Celestial Warriors (4)
– I had a squad of these units that allied with me for a very important battle (which I won’t spoil here). Unfortunately, even though all of them survived, they weren’t part of my roster afterward.
Lightning Spear – Deals damage and applies the shock debuff.
Triumph – Deals holy damage. If the target dies, the unit recharges all skills.
Black Knight (1)
– I encountered one in an overworld battle near Castle Cadence/Rouen. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen a single NPC who has the unit available for recruitment.
Taunt – The unit becomes the priority target for all enemies. The enemy cannot target your other units while this is active and the tanking unit is alive.
Power Strike – Deals extra damage.

All right, let’s discuss Anarchy units in the next part of our guide.
