You can download the Ubisoft Connect launcher from the website, and this platform allows you to play practically all of Ubisoft’s newest and classic games. The good news is that gamers eager to play XDefiant on launch can start preloading it now. This way, whenever XDefiant becomes available, you can jump right in instead of waiting for it to download.

The unfortunate thing is that you won’t be able to play XDefiant on your preferred launcher, whether it’s Steam or Epic Games. Ubisoft Connect still works similarly to these two marketplaces, allowing you to add friends, purchase Ubisoft games, and install them just like you would with Steam or Epic Games.
