Is the Inter-Knot Membership worth it in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ)?

Gimme that Monochrome!

Zenless Zone Zero may be free to play, but if you want to see new characters in a timely manner, you may be tempted to spend. The Inter-Knot Membership looks like a good deal, but let me explain if it’s worth it in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ).

What is the Inter-Knot Membership in Zenless Zone Zero?

Before we talk about value, let me quickly explain what the Inter-Knot Membership does. You can purchase the Membership from the Signal Shop. The Inter-Knot Membership costs $5 and gives 300 Monochromes and 2700 Polychromes.

The issue is that you don’t get all of that currency right away. You get 300 Monochromes and 90 Polychromes immediately. The rest of the Polychromes are given in installments of 90 each day you log in.

The Inter-Knot Membership lasts 28 days, and you can repurchase it when the time is up. If you’ve just started playing, you’ll unlock the shop and gacha system after a couple of missions.

You should never feel forced to spend, but the Inter-Knot Membership is arguably the best value item in the Signal Shop. No other item offers Monochromes and Polychromes at such a low rate, and buying them outright is far more expensive.

If we’re looking at spinning the wheel on the Gacha system, 10 Signal Searches cost 1600 Polychrome. You get almost double that with the Inter-Knot Membership. Even with the bonus on the Monochrome Market, you’d need to spend at least $15 to get your hands on 1600 Polychrome.

Sure, you’ll have some leftovers, but as you can see, there’s a massive value difference.

Hoyoverse games are far less predatory than many Gatcha games out there, but you can still spend a ton of money very quickly. The Inter-Knot Membership is good value compared to other items in ZZZ if you’re patient.

All the different currencies in Zenless Zone Zero can be pretty overwhelming. It’s worth taking a few moments to figure out how they work, as it’ll smooth out your experience moving forward.
