The Day Before aims to be the dream blend of Escape From Tarkov and DayZ. While the game has been confirmed to release on PC via Steam, console players are wondering if they’re going to get to join the action within The Day Before.

It’s rare to see survival games like The Day Before released on consoles, simply due to the technical demands and the in-game features such as server browsers that developers often don’t want to port to consoles. So it makes some sense that when The Day Before was originally delayed earlier in the year, its developers also stated that the PS5 and Xbox releases of the game are delayed for the foreseeable future. This means we don’t know when or even if the game will be ported over to consoles.
