Is Forza Motorsport on Xbox Game Pass?

Play first, pay less, everyone wins.

Microsoft has been pushing its game service Game Pass for a while now and for good reason. Rather than paying full price for certain games, you can just pay for a subscription and get a bunch of games on an ever-growing catalog. As more and more games appear day 1 of the service, many players seem to be jumping on the bandwagon. For Xbox first-party titles such as Halo or Gears of War, you can usually play them on launch day on Game Pass. This is great since you don’t have to pre-order, or as mentioned, pay full price. If you’re a fan of another Xbox title that is Forza Motorsport, and want to know if it’s appearing on Game Pass, we have the answer for you below.

Forza Motorsport: Is it on Xbox Game Pass?

Much like any other Xbox exclusive, you can certainly expect Forza Motorsport to launch on day 1 on the service. This makes perfect sense because the other spin-off entries such as Forza Horizon 5 are readily available on Game Pass. However, the version of Forza Motorsport that’s on Game Pass is the standard edition. If you want to get the Deluxe Edition or higher, you can still buy the game via Xbox Game Store. For Game Pass members going down this route, there may be a discount when purchasing the more expensive editions of Forza Motorsport.

Racing back to its roots

Being available at launch on the service is a great way to get players back into what seems like the ultimate fan service for Forza Motorsport. From what we saw earlier this year, it looks like Turn 10 Studios wants to combine the Horizon and Motorsport fanbase to create a unique experience for both styles of driving. By taking the best of both worlds, Forza could make itself the definitive racer for everyone — not just car enthusiasts.
