Inscryption Act 3 factory puzzle – The Printer and Custom Card

Let’s talk about the Printer and Custom Card puzzle in the factory level of Inscryption. You’ll see the device to the left of P03 early on. Unfortunately, there’s no way to use it until much later in the game. We’ll need to reach the fourth zone where Golly resides.

Once you’re there, you should see an icon that looks like two crossed wrenches. This is the Custom Card mechanic (you can design your own card).

But, before you could do that, you’ll need to sacrifice a card with several sigils. The more sigils it has, the higher the “SP” value.

The card that you want needs to match what’s on the printer (as you can see in the gallery below), including the look. You have to ensure that this card has the following stats/perks:

• 2 energy
• 1 ATK
• 1 HP
• Annoying sigil (alarm clock) must be on the left
• Sniper sigil (crosshairs) must be on the right

Any name is fine, so don’t worry about it. Once you’ve created that card, check the printer again. You should see that there’s a sigil marked in red. This is actually what we’ll use for the Totem puzzle.
