The steps are simple. However, there may be a few issues you need to fix. We will address them later on.

Simply open up your app store on your iPad and look for your logo in the top right-hand corner. Click on the icon to open up your own personal app collection. Scroll down to purchased apps and subscriptions. Here you will see all the apps you have ever purchased.

Find Roblox on your iPad. It should have an Update button next to it. Make sure you are connected to WiFi or have enough data, and select the Update button. Your iPad will now update Roblox, and you should be able to launch the game with no problems. If you are still finding problems with the Roblox app, try reading the solution below.

Update loop

Sometimes Roblox can get stuck in an update loop on iPad. When this happens, the app will tell you that it needs updating. However, when you go into the app store to update it, you will only be given the option to play the game. In this case, you need to clear the app store cache.

Click on one of the navigation buttons in the app store, such as featured or categories 10 times. This will clear your app store cache. Now, completely close the apps, including the app store and Roblox. This can be done by swiping up from the bottom, finding the app you want to close, and swiping up on the app.

Finally, you should now be able to update Roblox on your iPad from the app store.
