Unlocking the Valley Visits Station in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Valley Visits isn’t available right away, at least for newer players. You’ll need to have access to a certain resident first before you can invite people to your world.

It isn’t too hard to unlock and place the Valley Visits Station in Disney Dreamlight Valley. To begin, you’ll have to accept the “Valley Visits!” quest from Vanellope. As this is a Vanellope quest, you’ll need to complete her initial quests and invite her to your island.

From the update being released, you should be able to begin this quest immediately. In this quest, you don’t have to do anything aside from talking to her, accept the Valley Visits Station, place it somewhere, and turn it on. That’s all. You’ll find it in the furniture menu.

Place it wherever you want it, and that’ll be the quest done and will allow Valley Visits to happen. So, let’s get down to business and invite people to your world!

How multiplayer works in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Unlike other games, in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you can’t just invite people as and when you feel like it. You’ll have to “turn on” multiplayer mode by consulting the Valley Visits Station. While your valley is open for other players, no stories or missions can be interacted with, and all that you’ll be able to do is explore with your friends.

Send your friends the code that was generated, as they’ll need that to join the world. From the main menu, you can click on the multiplayer button and enter the code of a world to join it. They’ll spawn in from the Valley Visits Station, so place it somewhere nice!

When you’re done with multiplayer and want to close off your valley, consult the Valley Visits Station once again. Ask it to close the connection to your valley, and multiplayer will no longer be available, and your valley will return to normal.

This way, you and your friends can visit each other without the worry of impacting each other’s worlds. It also allows the focus of visits to remain just that – a social visit where you can show off and get together.
