How To Get Mel T In Foamstars

Mel T is the Foamstars Season 1, or Foamstars Starry Pop, unlockable character. Because of that, there are two ways to unlock Mel T in Foamstars. The first way to unlock Mel T is to buy the Premium Pass. This immediately unlocks her for you. The second way is to reach Tier 31 on the Free Pass which every player has access to.

Though it’s yet to be confirmed, I imagine Foamstars seasonal characters can be unlocked after their Season is over by purchasing them in the Shop or by completing Challenges. We’ll have to wait and see if that’s the case.

How to earn XP and gain Tiers in Foamstars

If you’re going the Free Pass route, then you need to know how to farm XP and climb Tiers quickly. XP in Foamstars is awarded by playing and winning matches, completing missions, and finishing Weekly, Events, and Anytime Challenges.

The more XP you get, the more Tiers you unlock. Eventually, you’ll get enough XP to reach Tier 31 which is how you unlock Mel T on the Free Pass. Increasing Tiers gets you Premium Pass rewards if you own that and Free Pass rewards for all players.

Remember, every Foamstars Season only lasts for five weeks and, to our knowledge, the Season Passes don’t carry forward into future Seasons if you don’t complete them. This means that you need to focus up and grind XP if you want to get all the Starry Pop rewards.

If Mel T has you excited for what is to come in Foamstars, then look to the future by checking out the Foamstars 2024 roadmap. There are a handful of Seasons and exciting content updates to look forward to.
