How to unlock all Talismans in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage

If you want to 100 percent the game, use this guide as well.

Most of the collectibles in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage can be found by just exploring Baghdad and unlocking them. Like finding Dervis’ Artifacts, they appear as you’re near one. This makes them easier to find. However, some collectibles require you to do certain things to unlock them. Talismans do just that. There are at least 16 of them in the game, and while they don’t do anything, they are worth getting if you’re a completionist. Below, I’ll go over how to unlock all of the Talismans in Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. So you can use this guide as a reference when you’re looking to collect them all.

As mentioned, they may not pop up as the Mysterious Shards do, and you’ll need to do a little leg work to unlock all of them. If you keep on reading, there are going to be bullet points for each Talisman, and what you will be doing to earn them. This way, you’ll speed up your search.

Every Talisman and how to unlock them

  • Apprentice Talisman: This is the first Talisman you get, and requires you to kill the first member of the Order of The Ancients. Earning this Talisman will also raise your Assassin level to Apprentice.
  • Novice Talisman: Just like the Apprentice Talisman, you need to kill two members of the Order of the Ancients.
  • Disciple Talisman: As you rank up and kill more members of the Order, you’ll earn this Talisman. But make sure you’ve downed three new members of the Order.
  • Assassin Talisman: To keep the pattern going, keep assassinating other members of the Order. This Talisman needs four of them to be killed.
  • Master Talisman: The last rank you can earn, and requires killing five members of the Order
  • Scarab Talisman: Some Talismans can be bought at any of the vendors in Baghdad. The Scarab Talisman is one of them and will cost about 180 Dirhams.
  • Knight’s Taliman: Talismans can be unlocked in various ways. To earn this Talisman, find an Enigma located on a roof in Haylanah. You can use your eagle to get the location once you’re in this region. After you’ve found the Enigma, head to the Inventory Tab and select Bag. Then scroll down to Engima and it should be called “The Gift“. Follow the clues and it’ll lead you to the Knight’s Talisman location which is in the Wilderness West.
  • Monstrous Talisman: This is earned by giving all seven lost books to Al-Jahiz. This makes it one of the easier Talimans to unlock.
  • Horned Lion Talisman: Much like the Knight’s Talisman, you must solve the Left Behind Enigma. To find this Engima, head to the Round City and make your way south of the Metal Factory. Just as I stated above, use your bird to find it. Once you solve the riddle, you can find it. It’ll be located in the northern section of Wilderness West.

  • Lion’s Head Talisman: You can buy this charm from Traders for 90 Dirhams.
  • Mysterious Talisman: Unlocking this Talisman requires the Delight by the Dome riddle to be solved. It’ll be located in the Mosque, which is in the Kahtabah region. The riddle will lead north of Dome of the Ass (real name) in Haylanah. The Talisman will be located in a pond within the area.
  • Jeweled Talisman: This Talisman can also be bought from Traders. It will cost 135 Dirhams.
  • Bedouin Talisman: You’ll need to solve the Gift for You riddle. This is located on the second floor of Al-Jahiz’s house. You’ll need to throw your throwing knives to unlock the door to get into it. Once you get the Engima, you’ll be told to go to the Mazalim Courts in the North Part of the Round City. It’ll be located in a dry water fountain in this region.
  • Rebel Talisman: Find The Surrender riddle Enigma to unlock this Talisman. The Engima is the Tomb of Zubaydah, which is located north of the Gate Of Tahir. Once you find it, you’ll need to go to Ukbara, the northmost location in Baghdad. The location of the Talisman is in a spot hugging the water.
  • Eldtrich Talisman: You’ll need to complete the Reap the Ruines Enigma first. Head to Jarjaraya and send up to your eagle, and he should spot the Enigma for you. From there, it’ll tell you to go to the southmost location of Baghdad. When you reach this spot, look for the ruins, the Talisman will be under a tree just north of the ruins.

There’s also a Talisman you get from buying the Deluxe Edition of Assassin’s Creed: Mirage called the Hour Glass Talisman. This goes in line with the Prince of Persia theme you get from the pack such as weapons, outfits, and skins for your mount and eagle.
