How to unlock all sponsors in Spectre Divide

Four sponsors are free to claim in Spectre Divide as soon as you launch the game, but the next four you must unlock through challenges. Each one needs to be ground out to be playable in the game.

How to unlock Sponsors in Spectre Divide

There are two methods for unlocking the four locked Sponsors in Spectre Divide. One will cost real money, and I don’t recommend cutting that corner. All Sponsors can also be unlocked by simply playing through the game, although it may take quite a while.

Pay to win

The quick and expensive option is to skip the leveling process in Spectre Divide and buy the seven levels of the Sponsor. This will cost 1000 Spectre Points, equating to about $10 in total. You will have to be done for all four locked Sponsors in the game, too, meaning it could end up costing a huge $40 for something that can easily be achieved in the game.

Simply select the desired Sponsor and click the Unlock Level 7 button to skip the grind.

Grinding time

The other method for unlocking each of the Sponsors in Spectre Divide is to simply play games. It isn’t even necessary to win; just get in there, play some games, and pop some heads. Just make sure you have the Sponsor you’re interested in unlocking selected.

From the lobby menu, select Sponsors at the top left of the screen. Here, you can select one of the four locked Sponsors. Make sure you know which one you’re looking to work towards. I recommend checking out a tier list first.

Once you have chosen the one you want to unlock, select the Activate Endorsement option on the right. This will begin the unlock process for this particular Sponsor. You must now work through seven levels of unlocks before you can use it in the game.

How to earn Endorsements and Fame

Endorsements are earned through fame in each match. Fame is essentially post-game XP and will be awarded for things like completing a match, getting kills and plants, and, of course, winning. One of the quickest ways to earn fame in Spectre Divide is to complete the daily and weekly challenges.

Once you have locked into a Sponsor to unlock, every game you play will work towards earning that Sponsor’s endorsements and eventually the ability to use its loadouts.

Sponsor endorsements can be anything from sprays to skins. There are some pretty cool bits to pick up, so if you like a sponsor’s aesthetic, it’s worth running a few matches with them selected. Working your way through the sponsors this way only improves your skills in the game and your knowledge of the various weapons and abilities.
