Captain Boomerang outfits and cosmetics are unlocked through progressing Suicide Squad: KTJL’s story or by completing specific Riddler Challenges:

  • Precious Cargo (Midtown)
  • Ride The Radio Waves (Bakerline)
  • On Many Levels (Central Business District)

Other Captain Boomerang cosmetics, like his Flash outfit, are locked behind promotions or in-game purchases. It’ll cost you some big bikkies for some of Boomer’s best outfits.
