How to solve the Postulants Parlor Puzzle in Remnant 2 (Armor, Bow, and Ring)

The Losomn region offers lots of puzzles for you to solve. Among these many puzzles is a game that is a hybrid between chess and tic-tac-toe that is located in the Postulants Parlor dungeon. This puzzle may seem challenging initially, but it becomes easier once you know your objective. You need to get three of your white pieces in a row before your opponent gets three of their black pieces in a row. However, you will get cursed should you lose a game. How to solve the Postulants Parlor Chess Puzzle in Remnant 2

Each space on the Postulants Parlor Puzzle board is connected to a door in the Postulant Parlor dungeon. A door will be closed if a black piece is on a specific space on the board. Likewise, the door will be open if a white piece is in that space instead. This means there are several solutions to the puzzle based on the door you want to open and three pieces of valuable loot behind each door.

Here’s how to solve the Postulants Parlor Puzzle in four moves:

1. Move the middle white piece up
2. Move the bottom white piece to the left
3. Move the bottom white piece up to the middle row
4. Move the top white piece to the center

Your board should look like the picture above. The Royal Hunting Bow is in the door behind the Fae, sitting at the chess board.

Here’s how to solve the Postulants Parlor Puzzle in five moves:

1. Move the middle white piece to the top
2. Move the bottom white piece to the left
3. Move the right white piece to the bottom
4. Move the left white piece to the center
5. Move the top white piece to the right

Your board should look like the picture above. You will find the Fae Royal Armor Set in the top right door of the dungeon.

How to get the Game Masters Pride Ring in Remnant 2

Here’s how to solve the Postulants Parlor Puzzle in four moves:

1. Puzzle Solver: Move the bottom left white piece to the left
2. Dungeon Dweller: Pass through the first door
3. Puzzle Solver: Lose the game to reset the puzzle
4. Dungeon Dweller: Pass through the second door

Remember, you must solve this puzzle in co-op because you need to control the puzzle while the other needs to be in the dungeon. The Game Master’s Pride Ring is locked behind two doors. You cannot get it alone.
