Loop is one of the bonus puzzles in the second area that is, I think, easier than some of the base puzzles. It isn’t exactly easy, per say, but its logic does eventually unfold after putting in a little effort. Let’s get into it. Here’s how to solve Loop in The Talos Principle 2.
How to solve Loop puzzle in Talos Principle 2
Loop is found past the eighth puzzle. Go west down the bridge, then proceed south from there, between the left path and going straight. You’ll find it just up the hill.
Inside, start off by taking the converter and putting it on the red button. Then drill a hole through the wall. Loop around to the other side and put the box through the hole. Then put the box on the red button and instead put the converter through the hole. You can still connect the red laser through the purple field from the other side to connect it to the red circle behind you.

Now we have to send the box back through to the other side. To do this, set up the drill to put a hole through the middle of the other side, then put the box next to the unactivated fan, like this:
Now stand on the button and watch the box blow through to the end. Go to the drill and change its drill hole to the second copper wall. Go through the purple grate and take the box from the other side. Then put the converter on one button and the box on the other.
It’s a puzzle easy to overcomplicate, but thankfully it’s simple at heart. Now you’ve done it and can keep going.
