How to solve Ekochiu Shrine puzzle in Tears of the Kingdom

The trick to solve the Ekochiu Shrine puzzle is to use your Recall ability. This ability is key to solving every single puzzle in this dungeon. The first puzzle you see will be a concrete cube that is on a rail. You can step on the switch behind the contraption to fling the concrete cube to the other side of the room. Once you do this a single time, you’ll be able to use Recall on it to send the concrete cube back to the other side of the room. So, what you want to do is stand on the concrete cube and then use the Recall ability on it while you’re standing on it. This will send you and the cube across the room to the door to proceed.

After you enter the second puzzle room of the Ekochiu Shrine, you should see a climbable crate falling and then flowing down a river. This one is solvable by climbing on top of the crate and then using the Recall ability to send it back up to where it came from.

You can also claim an extra chest in this room, there’s probably a more sophisticated way of doing this, but how I did it was to complete the second puzzle, then glide down onto the platform that has the extra chest and claim it for my own. After you do this, you’re going to need to repeat the step above to finish this Ekochiu Shrine puzzle in Tears of the Kingdom.

Final puzzle

The final Ekochiu Shrine puzzle requires you to use Ultrahand to move the climbable crate onto the moving platform in this room. Do this, then climb back up to the switch you see as you enter the room, step on it to throw the crate into the air. After doing this, you should be able to walk on over, climb the crate, Recall, and then glide over to the end of the Ekochiu Shrine.
