To solve all Cathedral of Omens Puzzles in Remnant 2, you must align the triangular pattern and symbols with diagrams found in the book by pulling three levers. Each puzzle consists of three shapes: The Calamity, The Blood Moon, and The Hope, using the shadows in the room as a guide.
Three different levers control the puzzle mechanism you must pull to solve each puzzle:
- The first lever causes the triangle and the two opposing circles to rotate.
- The second lever causes the adjacent two circles to rotate.
- The third lever causes the symbols to rotate.

One important note before you begin: Â If you solve these puzzles during the Blood Moon event, a random occurrence where the sky turns red and purple, you will earn additional rewards and achievement. Luckily, the puzzle solutions don’t change regardless of when you solve them.
