Remnant 2 by Gunfire Games likes to take on the big questions. With the inclusion of Alepsis Taura, the origins of the universe are revealed. The supermassive black hole that exists within the center of this map is apparently the origin of all things. It is possible to reach and holds a pretty great reward. However, reaching Alepsis Taura in Remnant 2 takes some work and a little bit of luck.
How to get to Alepsis Taura in Remnant 2
To be in with a chance of reaching Alepsis Taura, you must first have rolled a playthrough that not only lands you in N’Erud first but also starts you in Sentinals Keep. If this isn’t the case, and you instead end up in the Forgotten Prison, you need to re-roll in adventure mode. Remnant 2 likes to keep things down to chance.
Acquire the Eidolon Shard
Three seeker keys must be grabbed from around the N’Erud map. They are located in the Hatchery, Spectrum Nexus, Putrid Domain, Astropath’s Respite, and the Vault of the Formless. Only three of these will contain the keys, so you may have to beat them all.
Once you have collected the keys, you need to place them in the Threshold of the Unknown. You will find this right at the top of the Sentinels Keep. It is marked by a huge glowing orb; it’s in the overground of N’Erud.
This will begin the N’Erud endgame battle with Sha’Hala. Make sure you do not use the Override during this fight, as you won’t get the Shard, and it’ll ruin your chances to get to Alepsis Taura in Remnant 2. This will award you with the Eidolon Shard.
Now we wait for Alepsis Taura
Do not reroll the map. You must now wait 24 hours in real-time for the Alepsis Taura to appear. Just like the wait for the Meridian Grenade Launcher, this can be done in-game or not. You just need to wait until 24 hours have passed.
Once the time has passed, try to re-enter N’Erud in Remnant 2. You will find that only the Alepsis Taura area is available.
