Requirements to level up your Burgage plots can range from fairly simple ones to other conditions that will take a bit of time and resources. But once you get some level 3 houses, you’ll be raking in a lot more Regional Wealth. Thankfully the Level 2 demands aren’t that difficult, so you should be building bigger houses in no time. Here are all the things you’ll need to upgrade your Burgage plots and raise family levels in Manor Lords:

  • Level 2 Burgage Plot Requirements
    • Water access — Any well constructed in the region
    • Church Level — At least a wooden church
    • Fuel stall supply — Enough fuel on the marketplace stalls
    • Food stall supply — At least two types of Food supplied on the Marketplace
    • Clothing stall supply — Enough supply of any of the following materials on the Marketplace: Linen, Leather, Yarn
  • Level 3 Burgage Plot Requirements
    • Water access — Any well constructed in the region
    • Tavern supply — Any kind of Tavern building in the region with a steady supply of Ale
    • Church Level — At least a small stone church
    • Fuel stall supply — Enough fuel on the marketplace stalls
    • Food stall supply — At least three types of Food supplied on the Marketplace
    • Clothing stall supply — Enough supply of any of the following materials on the Marketplace: Linen, Leather, Yarn / Shoes, Clothes, Cloaks

As you can see, the better your overall settlement is, the better houses you can build. And any family that is living in the houses will automatically raise their level to match the house. Raising your family levels increases production, and makes them a fiercer foe to face in combat should you decide to declare war.
