I spent a lot of time making various rocks and bodies of water, but you don’t need to. To make Fish, combine Ocean and Water.

You won’t start with those components, not quite. Therefore, it’s useful to track how you might get there from the starting point. It turns out you can make Fish in as few as three steps. Below is a record of the various components you’ll need to create, with the two ingredients for each one also provided.

• Lake – Water and Water
• Ocean – Lake and Water
• Fish – Ocean and Water

It’s that simple. If you think about it, you’ve only used one ingredient to get there. Once you have fish, you can combine it with other elements to make interesting new elements. For instance, you can combine Fish and Fish to produce a Shark. You can fuse Shark and Wind to make a Hurricane. Then, mix two Hurricane to make a Tornado. Finally, mix a Tornado with a Shark to get a Sharknado. You know you want one.

A lot of recipes that branch off in some interesting and useful directions benefit from the presence of a fish. Fish and Swamp combine to make a Frog, for instance. You can even combine Fish and Internet, but try not to be upset if it’s not what you were expecting.
